Welcome to Tica. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Tica’s website, and ticketing services. By using Tica, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

"Tica": Refers to the digital platform operated by our company for event ticketing and e-commerce services.
"User": Any individual using Tica’s services, including organizers, buyers, and sellers.
"Organizer": A user who creates and manages events.
"Buyer": A user who purchases tickets for events.

2. Service Description

Tica provides an online platform that enables:

Event organizers to create, promote, and sell tickets.
Attendees to browse, purchase, and manage event tickets.
Secure digital ticket delivery and management.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, up-to-date information when registering.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Tica reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.

4. Event Listings

Organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their event information.
Tica reserves the right to remove or suspend events that violate local laws or our community standards.

5. Fees & Payment

Tica charges a service fee per transaction, which is communicated during the listing process.
All payments are securely processed using trusted payment gateways compliant with Nigerian financial regulations.

6. Ticket Purchase

All ticket purchases are final, unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing all event details before purchasing.

7. Cancellations & Postponements

Organizers must notify Tica immediately if an event is canceled or rescheduled.
Refunds due to cancellations or changes are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

Engage in illegal activities using the platform
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
Infringe on intellectual property rights or violate any applicable laws

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Tica platform, including logos, software, text, and graphics, is the property of Tica or its licensors and may not be copied, redistributed, or used without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Tica shall not be held liable for:

Losses resulting from event cancellations or rescheduling
False or misleading information provided by organizers
Unauthorized access to user accounts or personal data

11. Changes to Terms

Tica may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
